As one might expect, this place is an homage to the humble burger served in a variety of distinctive and interesting ways. I tried the "Boss Hog," which came topped with ham, bacon, spicy barbecue sauce and onion straws. The taste of the sweet grilled ham was wonderful. Other house burgers include the "Mr. Belvedere" with ham and fried egg, the "American Ninja" with teriyaki and pineapple or build-your-own. Appetizer selections are minimal but include wings, fried pickles, a deep-fried stuffed baked potato, or the house specialty "Tater Bombs" (huge tater tots stuffed with cheese, bacon, chives and spices). If you're really hungry attempt the "Cobra Commander," comprised of four patties, four slices of cheese, half-pound of chili and six strips of bacon between two ham and cheese sandwiches and six "Tater Bombs" on the side. Finish it in 45 minutes and it's free and your name is forever emblazoned on the winner's wall.
