I had a wonderful stay and I will be going back in Oct of this year as well!! It was that sort of experience for me!!!
Pros: The location was the best! The ambiance was grande! The hotel staff was impeccable!
Cons: There were only 3 things! #1...No DVD player and #2... no microwave in the room...Our shower door also did not fit flush so water leaked out onto the bathroom floor.

If you're not specifically looking for a hotel that offers room service, you really cannot do better for your accommodations than this Courtyard. The rooms are so fresh and up to date, leagues better than the pricier Westin around the corner. My window on the sixth floor opened just enough to get some fresh air, and housekeeping was spotless throughout my stay. I loved the downtown location, the ease of parking, the reasonable parking rate of $10/night. There's a Starbucks in the lobby with enough pre-made food that if you're running out to a convention you don't have to wake up early to plan ahead. Also, as a woman traveling alone, I really appreciated the security feature of the elevator, having to swipe your card to get to your floor. What a great invention. In general, my stay was fabulous because I checked in on a Friday afternoon (they let me check in early) and totally did my own thing with no hassle until Sunday night (they let me take my car out of the parking deck at 6pm for no additional charge). I was running around working, then dining, then relaxing, and the hotel had everything I needed to make myself very comfortable. No room service, but also no noise in the corridors and no unwelcome wake-up knocks from housekeeping like some hotels. This is the third hotel I've tried in Greenville and I'm so happy to say it's "the one"....I will most certainly be back!!
Pros: Really, really great location--walk to all of downtown Greenville's restaurants and nightlife. We parked our car on a Friday afternoon and didn't get back in until Sunday night!
Cons: I wish my room had a tub, but I should have asked before I checked in. My mistake.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Very clean and elegant place to stay. Was very happy with the whole stay
Cons: Nothing
Very Good
Family with Young Children
Pros: I like how it was right across the street from the peace center, which is why we were there.
Cons: I found that the people that were at the hotel and around the area were not my cup of tea. I found that the hotel patrons were of "high class" and that wouldn't bother me if they didn't treat us like we were trash. the hotel was expensive so.....
Pros: Location and the staff
Cons: No all was excellent
