Pros:
Cons: on the website, I was offered the chance to choose a room, but when I arrived, all they had was a king, accessible room, which was too small to add a roll away bed.

Pros: Lobby was fantastic, employees were super friendly! Over all it was a wonderful stay!

Pros: The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive overall.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was understaffed and overpriced. We were comped one of our three breakfasts because we were never offered beverages by the ONE waitress on duty and didn't receive any until we asked. We wanted a room with two queens as requested when we booked, but we were given a handicapped accessible king room and we couldn't change due to the fact that the hotel was fully booked. This is not the hotel's fault though; they explained this is an issue encountered often when booking through a third party site. Next time I'll call the hotel after booking to confirm my preference. They did provide a nice rollaway bed, and although it was a bit cramped we made it work.
