This property is close to restaurants and shopping malls, and just 8 miles west of downtown. New metro decor, with a gray color palate, can be seen throughout the hotel.
Smoke free premises. 115 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
Not too much too look at from the outside, but public spaces are good and room remodeling is quite nice.
Pros: Desk staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast had nice options and good hours Coffee and tea available all day. Ventilation great, tub not slipperly.
Cons: We checked out on a Sunday and check out deadline is noon. Starting at about 10:30 and for 20 minutes until we left, the housekeeper knocked on the door 4 times. They saw us coming and going they saw us bring a luggage cart up and still knocked. My impression is that the housekeeper's straw boss, a unfriendly guy, kept making her knock. When they weren't knocking, they stood outside the door and talked loudly. We got the message, we WERE planning and preparing to leave. I almost wanted to stay longer just to spite them, honestly. This was rude and unnecessary behavior on his part. I know that their jobs are difficult and I appreciate that, but somehow I think her job is a lot harder than his if only because he supervises her. Hope he didn't take the tip.

Cons: The coffee pot in the room is a waste. Too cheap. If you have someone keep fresh hot coffee in the lobby or water for tea then no need for pots in the room. It was too plastic for value.

Pros: Everything! The room was clean comfy, hotel staff was friendly. The pool area was wonderful! Enjoyed the FREE breakfast very much as well as the COMPLIMENTARY coffee that was available in the lobby 24 hours! We were happy and can't wait to come again!

Pros: The facilities were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Saturday morning when I was leaving, the woman at the front desk made me stand there somewhat awkwardly for at least a good 10 seconds or more before she finally looked up from her computer screen to acknowledge my presence. If she was in the middle of doing something, she should have at least acknowledged me by saying something like, "Good morning, sir. I'll be with you in just a moment." She needs to be corrected in that area of her customer service skills.

Pros: We enjoyed the location and quiet atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked about activities and where to go in Greenville.
Cons: I would've have liked firmer pillows. I went a purchased a couple. The breakfast was decent but would have loved a few more options than we were given during our stay. Overall, we were pleasantly pleased with our stay.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Hot coffee available at no extra cost 24/7, with cookies in the afternoon. But nowhere to enjoy it unless you took it back to your room.
Cons: Our room was a bit tight for space and short of proper drawers to unpack into.
We had extreme problems with the toilet becoming blocked - despite normal use!
Nowhere really to sit and enjoy a drink in the evening. The breakfast room was available, but the chairs, sofas etc were pretty grubby. The flat screen TV was constantly running 24/7 which was a distraction. There was no bar at all, just a fridge with a limited and expensive selection and nowhere even to sit outside comfortably with a drink.

Pros: Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwavw. The bathrooms were up-to-date and well stocked with clean towels.
Cons: Because the hotel is right off the interstate, it was difficult getting into the access road especially during peak periods. Also, the breakfast was fair, would have liked a breakfast meat, not just sausage gravy.
