Great accommodation with convenient surrounding...
Pros: Bed comfortable & nice to have frig & microwave in room at this great price. Staff at desk friendly and accommodating. Coffee fresh & delicious & available 24/7.
Cons: Appeared to be human hair on pillow & sheet in one bed (had 2 double beds) and on bathroom floor. Minimal so did not call attention to manager.

Nice but a few improvements...
Pros: Bed was extra comfortable. Loved the quietness.
Cons: Need a mirror over the desk. Need a place to hang clothing. Needs a light in the area of the big mirror by the door to the room.

Alarms
Pros: It is in close proximity of everything: dining, supermarket, downtown, airport, etc. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable with many amenities. Caroline was helpful and cheerful at check in. Bill was behind the bar and the restaurant provides room service. Everyone was friendly and on first name basis, made it feel like home. It was a great value and I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in town.
Cons: Fire alarm went off in early morning hours (someone was burning candles) and 3 fire trucks showed up. Night clerks seemed flustered and not fully prepared to handle this and make sure guests were safely out of the building before the firemen entered. Some guests evacuated, but none on our floor which prompted me to call front desk to see if this was legit or a false alarm. Note, there were no flashing lights or alarms inside the rooms, just down the hallways. It took 3 calls before some one picked up. Site needs an emergency plan/procedure in place to notify guests of a real emergency so that everyone evacuates. Just wonder what would have happened if I hadn't awakened (very heavy sleeper here) and there really was a fire. Thankful I didn't have to find out. On the bright side, there were 10 really handsome firemen who showed up in the fire trucks. Since we had to wait out in the cold darkness we could appreciate that at least we had handsome first responders to admire.

Short break before a trip...
Pros: Airport convenience
Cons: The door key needed resetting, it prevented access to the room.
