This intimate restaurant features a true fusion dining experience where live art blends with fine cuisine. The chef likes to experiment with spices and technique in his innovative creations and presents wonderfully prepared and sometimes unusual dishes as a result. The hostess, a professional artist, takes time out during lulls in the crowds to display her formidable skills as a painter and sculptor along with a guest artist for the guests' enjoyment. Completed oils, photographs and other finished works adorn the walls and shelves of the two dining rooms and provide a sophisticated ambience. On the seasonal menu you may find wild salmon, red grouper, Muscovy duck breast, an incredible cowboy rib-eye, wild boar and a host of other equally delectable options. Specials are offered each evening and shouldn't be overlooked since that's where the chef's creative and experimental side sings out. An early-bird option is offered between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm.
