Pros: The room was spacious, very clean, and the staff overall was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the location. It was very easy to get to the beaches, restaurants, and historical venues in downtown Charleston.
Cons: There was very little space for pet walking, and the pick up bags were out of stock all 3 days. The breakfast scramble on the last day had artificial eggs in it, which I find distasteful, but that is personal preference.
