The restaurant's focus is obviously on soup, but what's not apparent are the great sandwiches and salads that hold equal status on the menu. From a collection of more than 400 recipes, 12 to 14 soups are prepared daily. They can be ordered alone, as a soup sampler of four different selections, as a bottomless bowl, or as a combo plate with a signature sandwich. I chose the Greek lemon with one of their signature sandwiches. The soup was served at a perfect ready-to-eat temperature; the bowl was absolutely huge (a full 16 ounces). I was relieved to see my sandwich selection was only a half portion. The flavor of each was outstanding with the taste of every ingredient benefiting from the fresh preparation.
