This restaurant's niche is its hormone-free, cooked-to-order burgers with a wide variety of toppings, large salads and more than 65 flavors of beer with several microbrew specialties on tap. Burgers can be ordered using turkey, chicken, vegetarian black bean or beef. The grass-fed, hormone-free beef is quite flavorful, but the consistency is a bit loose. I normally like my burgers rare or medium rare but I would suggest diners go no cooler than medium to maintain some texture. They've already concocted more than 14 signature burgers but you also are presented with some 50 different toppings which can be mix and matched to create your own original burger. There are several different sandwich offerings, too. Owned and operated by the same folks who own the popular Five Loaves Café.
