This restaurant was created from a popular food truck operation and the genius of local brothers. The made-from-scratch menu is limited, but the food is outstanding, with house-smoked chicken, brisket and pork served in ever-evolving styles and accompanied by house-made pickles. On my last visit I had the "Beef and Chedda" sandwich with a "Smoke Salad" and taco. What a treat. A large selection of local beers and American whiskeys and bourbons is also available.
