Cons: Customer service at check-in was poor, but otherwise we had good all-around experience.

Pros: Spacious room, nicely equipped, view of inter-coastal waterway well appointed. Very nice breakfast included in rate. Staff was accommodating for most part, made reservations for golf, nice grounds. Went to Ruth Chris's for happy hour, close by walked.
Cons: Exception was, 1. did not want to drive me to golf course, 2. evening dining hostess. Dining in the Waters Scape was disappointing, food was acceptable if not memorable. But seems the hostess was wanting to go home, turned away guests and was not very accommodating setting up breakfast tables at 8pm with no one in restaurant. Shame could have gone to Ruth Chris where there was a welcome presence.
