Rugs smelled.. room smelled..bathroom was not cleaned baby powder every were..door lock on one of the sliders was missing
Pros: Location ...pools..buffet breakfast
Cons: The rooms needs a deep clean it smell like.mold ..

Overall, the hotel needed updating and some TLC
Pros: The location and views from our 17th floor balcony was fabulous. There was plenty of room for the five of us.
Cons: The hotel was dated and the carpet was old and dirty.

Pros: The location was close to everything. Everything was only a few miles away.
Cons: I didn't like the cleanliness of the bathroom and the smears on the furniture. The sheet were scratchy. The housekeeper on our floor was not very friendly or helpful. She knocked on our door and told her we would be out in 10, she said that she could not ensure that she would come back. I timed it, we were out in 8 minutes. We passed her on the way out, she was next door. She never came back, but the front desk helped us.

Pros: Location of the hotel.
Cons: Lack of room service, dirty floors, a lot of little items need to be looked at, such as not being able to lock any door because the hinges or door knob were destroyed. No smoking on balconies has to go!
