I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for conventions and have been pleased.When I needed to book a trip for my daughter and I, I specifically chose this hotel due to its 'No Pet Policy'.When checking in to the hotel, there were 2 dogs in the lobby, clearly NOT service animals as they were barking at everything that moved. I expressed my concern to the counter staff who stated they could be 'certified service' animals... that was simply unprofessional as it was clear they were not.When we got to our room, there were 2 dogs in the room next to us.I called the front desk. We were not moved / upgraded to another room where there were no dogs.My daughter was attacked by an 80 lb lab when she was 18 months old and hence continues to experience high anxiety when a dog is anywhere near us. Long story short, we slept no more than 2 hours.It was not relaxing. I discussed w/ the manager when checking out.

Pros: My stay at the hotel was great. The staff was always smiling and friendly. The hotel is really close to the beach, like 10 min, so I walked every day. The pool was great, a little shallow but still nice. I would definitely go back to there!

Pros: I have stayed here at least 7 or 8 times over the last three years. I love the location and it is a nice hotel, one of the nicest in the area. It is between Broadway at the Beach and the beach.
Cons: Every time you flushed the toilet it would keep running. I should have mentioned it to staff so that was my fault.

Cons: Management staff. Did not receive room with 2 queen beds as confirmed. Showed manager confirmation letter. Paid extra for beach view. Put us on 4th floor. Only beach we saw was small glimpses between tall buildings blocking the view. Manager would not budge or offer discounted rate. Once room was booked, could not change or cancel without paying $294.00.

Pros: Secured parking garage, valet service, dinning w/bar, club-house. couple blocks from the main artery of the beach & noise. Centrally located to malls, restaurant, and shopping centers. Clean and plush room. Get to know your house keeper. Happy wife!
Cons: Bed a little too soft, being a king-size we found a firmer side. Valet parking wasn't offered during check-in. A video tour of the facilities would've made it a better experience than the "setup" to purchase a time-share. Good experience, we learn a lot.

Pros: The location is great and the restaurant food is good and reasonable. Unfortunately I didnt like much else. The beds are terrible. I actually had to have another mattress put on the bed. It didnt help. Paying for parking is crazy it seems like they see dollar signs instead of people. They charge your credit card without you knowing so double check your reciept. The staff seems nice but its a phony nice to me. The lady who worked the clubhouse breakfast the Saturday that I was there is very nice and sincere other than like it seems like the staff has been trained to be courtesy its not sincere. I travel alot and never really give reviews but for some reason this place just didnt live up to my expectations.

Pros: Trolly that picked you up right outside hotel to go to Broadway & the Boardwalk. Very, very comfortable bed. Location was wonderful.

Pros: Loved the location right between the beach and broadway on the beach, both within reasonable walking distance.
Cons: The pillows are the worst pillows I have ever encountered. Literally could not sleep well the entire time we stayed as one pillow felt flat and two were too high. There was no comfortable way to use the pillows.
