The chef shines with specialties like red snapper or swai Mediterranean, a dish rich in flavor and accented by capers, artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes. Or consider the crab-stuffed chicken, veal osso bucco or lobster claw fra diavolo, each rich and uniquely flavorful. I started my dinner with the shrimp Florentine appetizer, which came with four prawn-size local shrimp wrapped in prosciutto and served in a lemon fusion sauce with sautéed spinach. Absolutely decadent, and an incredible start to the great meal that followed.
