Family owned and operated, this casual dining chophouse offers traditional favorites along with veal, chicken, seafood, and steaks. All diners are treated to a bean appetizer, salad and pasta before the main entrée. The waistcoated staff is eager to make sure you enjoy your evening. During my last visit I had the stuffed banana peppers and grouper Milanese. The peppers were certainly hotter than I expected, even though the first one went down as cool as a glass of water, which my server was thoughtful enough to provide many glasses of in anticipation of my next bite. The portion of fish was nothing short of huge, fresh and flavorful. I'd estimate around 10 ounces, and I'm being conservative. Yes, this is a tourist destination, but the portions are over the top, tastes are good and service is excellent. After burning calories in the surf or on the course, there's no better way to replenish. Do yourself a favor, don't pass it up.
