When you get resettled at the table, "the peddler" comes by with prime rib on a tray and lets you select any size portion to be prepared to the temperature of your preference. If you or your guests don't wish to have the signature dish, "the peddler" will then recite the evening's menu. After the main course, your server returns with a platter of tempting desserts to cap off your dining experience.
