Colleton Museum

Colleton Museum, 506 E. Washington St., showcases various aspects of local history, including a tribute to the Tuskegee Airmen who trained at the Walterboro base. Artifacts relating to domestic and military life are displayed and a natural history exhibit features animals found in the nearby ACE Basin. Space also is dedicated to rotating exhibits. A farmers market adjoins the museum building.
