Storybook Land/Wylie Park

Storybook Land/Wylie Park is 1 mi. n. on US 281. The 210-acre park features Storybook Land, a themed area depicting the myth and magic of nursery rhymes and fairy tales. The Land of Oz portrays the well-known characters and settings from “The Wizard of Oz.” A swimming area, paddleboats, go-karts, bumper boats, canoes, miniature train, carousel, balloon ride, roller coaster, recreation trails and miniature golf also are available.

Camping is permitted. Picnicking is permitted. Food is available. Time: Allow 2 hours minimum.
