Agricultural Heritage Museum

Agricultural Heritage Museum is at 11th St. and Medary Ave. on the South Dakota State University campus. Exhibits focus on the history of South Dakota farming and ranching. A collection of antique farming, ranching and household items features a restored 1915 steam-traction engine as well as other farm equipment. Highlights include an original 1882 homesteader's claim shanty and a re-created 1915 farmhouse.
