Pros: The rooms are great, large and clean. They are in the middle of adding a parking garage so parking right now is limited. However, they will valet park your vehicle for free and give you $5 of free play. The restaurant menu has expanded over the years and offers a little more variety than before. It is still a little limited though.
Cons: This is about the fifth time I have stayed at Cadillac Jacks and I have never been disappointed. This is a great place to stay.

Pros: I especially like the friendly staff, valet parking and the size of the rooms. They are generally pretty clean as well.
Cons: Parking sucks right now as they are building a parking garage, I think, next to the building, so half of the parking lot is not usable.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was cozy and clean. The elevators come out right in the casino lobby which I really like.
Cons: When I booked the room at almost $160. for the night. I was told that it was the last room available and there were others looking to get it so I'd better hurry, after my purchase and when I was playing in the casino, there were about 20 announcements that there are plenty of rooms available at discount prices. Not cool at all!!! Made me feel really stupid and foolish to my family.

Pros: Victor in the restaurant the next morning was very kind and attentive. Someone from the kitchen even came out an lended a hand and this gentleman was very friendly as well and both VERY professional. Food was exceptional and a very CLEAN hotel and casino.
Cons: Could have used a bit more help at front desk when checking out, gal was tied up with someone on the phone and that took quite a while. (Not her fault) but would have been nice to have gal at casino guest services(next desk) jump over and help her out.

Pros: The hotel manager was awesome. Kay Cee did a fantastic job helping organizing my wife's birthday celebration. She made it that I didn't have to bring anything cake, balloons or flowers. The room was well supplied with linens

New to the players club got a card.
However I didn't know how to use it. They made me feel like well figure out yourself how to use it. Don't bother us with questions.
The restaurant was good and bad. The first night we went out because it was late.
The morning staff did an awesome job. The food was hot and delicious.
The evening staff not so much. I ordered coffee and had to ask for another cup because the first one was cold.
Told the waitress to give me a few minutes to look over the menu. She made me feel rushed.
Ordered appetizers and a main course. Got the entree at same time of appetizers.
Suggestion would be put the appetizer order in then come back for entree order.
Never did ask if we needed drink refills
I commend the chef for the food was hot and delicious.
Casino staff needs to be little more considerate. Got a players card and didn't know to use it.

Pros: -Gambling Facilities are top notch..
-They have a limited number of slots, but have ample card games and live poker!!
-The rooms are very quiet.
-Food in the Cafe is always pretty decent.
-Drinks are cheap enough, especially if you are playing the games. (Free)
Cons: -Pillows are terrible. BYOP!!
-Jacuzzi tub had an abundance of leftover hair and debris floating in it the first time we filled it up. Jumping in had to happen after we drained all of the water out and cleaned it ourselves.
-Room had somewhat of odor to it.
-Breakfast menu doesn't have many offerings and is a bit over priced.

Pros: I liked the location of the building. The rooms were nice and big.
Cons: The check in staff was horrible. We arrived a little after 12:30 and stopped at the hotel to get some information regarding checking in and parking. At this time, they did not have any open rooms. This is understandable since check in isn't until 3pm. When we stopped to get information about checking in, the check in staff were not friendly. There were 2 females working at the front desk that were really crabby and kinda rude and snappy when answering questions. Since we were unable to check in, we decided walk through Deadwood to waste time. We ended up stopping back at the front desk at 3pm and luckily we had a guy that was really helpful. When a person is spending over 250.00 a night, the person at the front desk should be friendly and helpful. Good job to the person who finally checked us in at 3 great job.

Pros: The hotel was easy to get to just off the main highway although GPS sent us somewhere else. The check in was easy. Room was nice, plenty of water pressure. Close to the historical centre which was 10 minutes walk.

Cons: During our stay the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night...there was apparently no fire. We ran outside and there were no fire trucks or staff. The alarms went off and returned to our rooms...never saw any staff to say it was a fluke or anything!! Also be sure to get a receipt...they tell you only $39/night but tack on an 'experience fee' so they end up being $53/night! Very disappointed!!
