Fort Hays Chuckwagon Supper and Cowboy Show

Fort Hays Chuckwagon Supper and Cowboy Show is 4 mi. s. on US 16 at 2255 Fort Hayes Dr. Following a Western-style barbecue chuckwagon supper, the Fort Hays Wranglers put on a family-oriented, Branson-style variety show featuring comedy, a bit of '50s rock 'n' roll and music from the 1940s radio program “Sons of the Pioneers.” Visitors can also wander around the film set from the movie “Dances With Wolves” and visit the South Dakota Film Museum. Sightseeing bus tours and a pancake breakfast also are offered each morning.
