The International Vinegar Museum is at 502 Main St. More than 300 varieties of vinegar are displayed in a 1932 brick building that was once the town hall. The museum uses storyboards to explain vinegar's history and many uses. Visitors can see such vinegar by-products as candy, desserts and edible vinegar paper. Tastings are offered. The Vinegar Festival is held the third full weekend in June. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
