Pros: Everything was fantastic for the most part. Rooms were very clean, food was fantastic and front desk was beyond hospitable.
Cons: The pillows were too soft!! LOL - not a major just a little glitch!

Pros:
Cons: Th air conditioning did not cool down the room to our desired temperature. To hot, and there were no options for a lighter blankets. Why do you continue to have those silly duvets type coverings as the only blanket option.

Pros:
Cons: The breakfast was not ready at 6:30. So we left for home without breakfast. No refrigerator in the room.

Pros: The kitchen staff and service was outstanding. They were very pleasant, accommodating and engaged in conversation with the guests.
Cons: The front desk staff was extremely unfriendly, buried in their computers without a friendly greeting or interest in the guests. No matter how pleasant I remained, their attitudes never changed. They just came across as miserable. The prices for rooms during Bike week is absolute robbery and unacceptable to pay over $1200 for a 3 day stay.
