This is the only restaurant in St. Barths dedicated to steaks, and not just any steaks, but certified Angus and Wagyu beef. If you're not in the mood for juicy beef there is also a good selection of brochettes, duck and several vegetarian options. Each entrée comes with a choice of sauce such as béarnaise and bordelaise as well as sides including pureed carrots, creamed spinach or potato wedges cooked in duck fat. Try not to pass up dessert, which includes an exotic selection of ice creams.
