Pros: Great hotel and location...very kid friendly, but also offered areas for 16 and above. Watersports team was outstanding and very friendly. Hotel staff was excellent and always very welcoming. Tons of excursions... Run or walk the golf course trails.
Cons: Limited options for dining and service was slow at times. We did go off site to Bananas Bistro and Coconut Grove restaurant and the food was outstanding and a must do. I'd avoid the sea turtle excursion.
Pros: The staff were the friendliest and most service oriented employees that we've ever met. They bring you iced cold washcloths while you are laying on the beach to cool off with and offer you iced cold lemon or plain water! They really want your stay there to be enjoyable and for us, it absolutely was! If you need something, just ask....it's their pleasure to help you. The only downside....they spoil you rotten. I'm back at home now, where there is no one to wait on me hand and foot or anticipate my every need. :)
Cons: hotel is not up to the expected four seasond standard . The whole resort needs renovation and updating
Pros: Friendly staff. Gym. Water Sports.
Cons: Restaurant service was awful. Understaffed. Food quality wasn't good at all. Variety on menu was limited. Beer selection was extremely bad. No imported beer other than generic lagers.
