Pros: This place is perfect for a quiet romantic getaway. Property is beautiful, perfectly Caribbean.
Cons: If you don't eat on their schedule you don't eat. There is no room service. Service is so slow it's a snail's pace. Order two drinks at a time. Don't expect anyone to move fast or even moderately fast. Staff was courteous but not what I would call friendly other than the front desk, they were great. Place is wonderfully Caribbean but definitely on"island time"
Pros: Classy local vibe.
Pros: Friendly, friendly, friendly. Great service. Great food. Great ambiance. Beautiful beach. Duplex cottages.
Cons: WiFi was in and out. Security lighting an issue for light sleepers. Bring a sleep mask. Somewhat isolated. Twenty minute drive from Charlestown. No problem if you rent a car (we did) or if you are content to stay on site.
Pros: Staff and ambience amazing
Cons: Wind on Atlantic side of island
Pros: THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, VERY VERY FRIENDLY
Pros: Fantastic staff, great food and a very quiet, relaxing establishment. Beautiful grounds at a historic plantation.
Pros: Fantastic staff. Accommodating, friendly and intuitive.
Pros: Friendly and efficient staff. V. Nice location albeit on the Atlantic Coast.
Cons: Tiny ants in the room and the Aircon struggled but then again this is the tropics.
Pros: The hotel is located on one of the most unspoilt and scenic Islands of the Caribbean. Very helpful staff, excellent food. Easy transfer from the airport arranged by hotel. Tours, trips and activities (e.g. cycling and kayaking) arranged by hotel staff. Perfect for a relaxing break in a hotel which provides the tranquillity of a luxury Caribbean home. Rooms are in chalets in a tranquil garden. Excellent pool.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like.
The hotel's beach is not particularly good for swimming or suitable for watersports (these can be arranged elsewhere). The hotel is quiet and does not provide lively nightlife.
