Utilizing time honored recipes from his native India, Chef Carlos prepares a flavorful array of dishes made with lamb, chicken, beef, pork and local fish. From coconut curries to cashew gravy dishes as well as fish cooked in a banana leaf with a tamarind-based masala the chef takes great pride in every dish that leaves the kitchen. The restaurant also has a coffee bar featuring Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee and a juice bar with an array of freshly blended beverages.
