This restaurant, established in 2004, has been a big hit on all fronts from the creatively presented cuisine to the attentive service and distinctive over-the-water location. The cuisine is a blend of European techniques and Caribbean ingredients with some of the produce grown on site. Diners have a choice of the two course or three course meals. There is live jazz music offered four nights a week.
