Authentic Indian cuisine is served in the airiness of a Caribbean-style house with a large veranda. Specializing in Tandoori and Balti cuisine, the menu offers such appetizers as samosas, papadums and shish kebab. Fragrant and exotic spices are used to flavor such entrée dishes as vindaloo, tikka Marsala, Rogan josh and tandoori, most of which can be prepared with either chicken, lamb, beef, vegetable, fish or shrimp. A bevy of side dishes, rice preparations and various naan complete the meal.
