Pros: We stayed the second time at the PalmCourt. Best hotel on the french side, very clean, safe, beautiful gardens with a lot of details, a very good and clean pool, big rooms, located just next to the beach and restaurants/shops etc. very friendly staff and thanks to Anne for the great hospitality! We come back!!
Pros: This was a very relaxing place to stay within walking distance of serve rap great restaurants and the beach.
Pros: The room was large and had a mini fridge and microwave as well as a small coffee maker. There is plenty of places to eat around and also a small grocery store to get supplies for lunch and snacks. Breakfast was a bonus, restaurants in the area charge about $10 for a continental breakfast.
Cons: The pool could have more chairs to sit on. Our lights went out the last night and we didn't know who to call to report since the office has limited hours. There is not a single clock in the room. The outlets are recessed so bring an adaptor for european sockets.
Pros: Staff is great and clean room and best location
Cons: Beds are worn out
Pros: Original Hotel appearance. Large room. Good air conditioning. Quiet area, with very good beach. Hard sand for walking. Good restaurants within walking distance. Small supermarket with good supplies.
Comfortable and very clean swimming pool
Cons: No hotplate or kitchen utensils. No kettle. Ever tried boiling an egg in microwave!!!
Not enough deck lounges and umbrellas at pool.
Pros: The staff was extremely personable and very friendly. When we arrived our room was set up with extra flowers, sweets and beverages to celebrate the first night of our honeymoon (compliments of the hotel). The pool area was beautiful. When having problems with the phone the manager came to our room and fixed the phone herself. The staff was very helpful in anything we asked for.
Cons: Wifi was a bit spotty. The telephone in our room didnt always work.
Pros: Staff is very friendly & helpful
