The Old House Museum is on the main road between Orient Beach and Quartier d'Orleans. Preserved as a historic site, this Creole house contains artifacts from the 1800s to the present. Farm implements from the sugar plantation's history also are displayed. A separate display depicts the history of rum making in the area. Guided tours are available.

Hours: Tues.-Fri. and Sun. 10-4. Allow 30 minutes minimum.
