Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: Noise from train at night.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Suggested a cab ride to go downtown due to traffic and parking. Had the cab ready for us at the requested time. A little pricey for the night but understand it was due to the game the next day. Overall a good experience.
Pros: Room was fine. Staff very helpful except for the card reset.
Cons: Had to have our key card reset *every day*. Pretty annoying.
Back door was unlocked at night. should have locked!
Cons: Entire facility wreaks or Febreeze or some other deodorize to a sickening level. Train noise was brutal all night.
Pros: Staff was friendly and any problems or needs we had were promptly resolved.
Cons: There was no refrigerator in the room and we needed one. Had to keep getting ice in bags to put in our cooler.
Traffic can be really bad at times making getting to the hotel difficult.
The only other thing that posed a problem was there was no vent in the bathroom. Otherwise, we had a good stay.
