The first night (of a three-night reservation) I was given a handicap-accessible room. Because the shower floor was poorly designed (the floor is level, rather than sloped for drainage) the bathroom floor floods, causing a slip/fall hazard. No barrier surrounds the shower area, so the water is not contained. Because there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the excessive steam causes the fire alarm to go off. The heat and A/C unit was not the digital model used in other rooms, and so the room temperature was inconsistent. No counter space in the bathroom. The telephone didn't work. The staff knows about these issues, but no one resolves the problems. No compensation was offered on the room - rather I was told by Linda to unplug the fire alarm battery, to use my dad's bathroom (on the other end of the hotel!), and "not to worry" about the water on the floor. If I or anyone else injures themselves on this hazardous condition, the hotel may want to "worry" about their liability for injuries caused by their own negligence. Thank goodness for the two younger ladies working at the front desk on Friday (09/12/14), who got me a different room, so that the last two nights were trouble-free.
Pros: The evening front desk staff (on Friday 09/12/14) was extremely helpful in changing my room for the last two of three nights.
Cons: The day front desk staff (on Friday 09/12/14) promised to change my room, and failed to do so. This person also told me to unplug the battery for the fire alarm, and to use my dad's room's shower down the hall.
Pros: the Employees
Pros: Breakfast was good...the staff was amazing....the ladies filling the breakfast food we're fantastic and so polite!
Cons: The carpet in the Halls and room are old, dirty and gross. Everything else was nice and clean.

Pros: The staff was so friendly and accommodating, especially Linda who went above and beyond for us. I would and will highly recommend.
Cons: Wifi went out a lot. Housekeeping never gave enough towels or toilet paper. We had to request more everyday.
Pros: Breakfast bar was great
Cons: Bed bug bites, room 333. Under mattress very dirty.
Pros: Tamika, desk clerk, was exceptionally helpful, friendly and pleasant.
Cons: Rooms were a little small. Especially bathroom.
Pros: when I have no problems nuff said
Pros: The staff was nice
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: No lounge
Pros: all but loud and close trains
Cons: They should let you know a train runs by the back side of hotel continuously through the night. Does not make for a restful night.
Cons: Noise from train at night.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Suggested a cab ride to go downtown due to traffic and parking. Had the cab ready for us at the requested time. A little pricey for the night but understand it was due to the game the next day. Overall a good experience.
Pros: Room was fine. Staff very helpful except for the card reset.
Cons: Had to have our key card reset *every day*. Pretty annoying.
Back door was unlocked at night. should have locked!
