Cordell Hull Birthplace State Park is at 1300 Cordell Hull Memorial Dr./SR 325, 1.5 mi. w. of SR 111. A museum displays memorabilia recalling the life of Cordell Hull, secretary of state under Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Hull received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1945 for his work toward establishing the United Nations. A replica of his log cabin birthplace is on the 58-acre site as well as a library archive that includes historic photographs and documents. A 2-mile nature trail leads to an overlook of Bunkum Cave.
