Pros: Just a block from the shuttle stop, close to the aquarium and restaurants. EXCELLENT location. They even had some water with lemon in the lobby during the hot afternoons.
Cons: Sheet was weird on bed; upside down one time, sideways the other after the bed had been made up. Not vacuumed thoroughly around the edges.

Pros: The staff was very polite and always made sure we had what we needed to have a comfortable stay.
Cons: The breakfast and parking at the hotel was not free you had to pay. This was the first hotel I stayed in that breakfast was not included and for the price parking should be included. I will not stay here again in the future unless those two things change.

Pros: The staff is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location is great - very close to downtown attractions and restaurants.
Cons: The quality of the room was far below of what I expect of a hotel that bears the name "Hilton". The room smelled like sewage; the carpet, curtains, and bed linens need a good cleaning as well as some updating. I wouldn't be surprised if this hotel were to fail a health inspection. There were also continuous problems with the cable TV. The number of parking spaces is limited. No accommodations were given amidst all of these problems.

Cons: the walkway to parking no sidewalk or ramp to take stroller had to go over the curb or go through gravel and mud. Also the inside pool the fumes in the air from the chemicals burned our eyes couldn't stay very long.

2 bugs. 1 dirty hot...
Pros: Loved everything. Room was nice and clean and had no problems there. Best location to stay downtown for the price! Nice facility even though it's a little dated.
Cons: There were two bugs in our room when we arrived the first night. I believe it was due to it being cold. We put them out on the balcony and never saw another one during our trip. These weren't roaches they were those little "stink bugs". The hot tub in the pool room could probably use new water, found a few floating "things" while sitting in it. Besides that the stay was great and we would definitely stay again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay...
Pros: I loved the location of the hotel which was nearby to restaurants and attractions. The only front desk worker we dealt with was Jordan who was super nice and attentive.
Cons: I was highly disappointed in makeup spots that were on the pillow cases and mostly the unavailability of towels. I was told by a cleaning lady that towels weren't available until the next day around 2 or 3.

Pros: I enjoyed the staff as soon as I entered the property. I had a terrible experience with another hotel. That was the purpose of our stay at Hilton. Amy apologized and if it was her fault. That was just Great CustomerCare and I really needed that.

Sleepless in Chattanooga.
Pros: The location was perfect and The hotel was very clean. The staff was wonderful! And I loved the flavored water in the lobby area.
Cons: I have never slept on such an uncomfortable bed. That was very disappointing. Our bathroom sink drained so slow it would be a constant sink full of water and the shower dripped after the first shower was taken and no amount of turning the handle would make it completely stop.

Very nice!
Pros: They serve breakfast downstairs for around $11 per person. It's actually a decent price compared to close restaurants. The beds were amazing and the shower felt so good! We are looking forward to the next time!

Garden Inn has a great...
Pros: Location was PERFECT. Close to Children's Discovery Museum, Baseball Stadium, Aquarium and lots of restaurants. Room was nice to look at. Hotel was modern. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The restaurant was bad. Service was extremely slow, despite on having a few tables occupied. Food quality was mediocre at best, salt being the dominate flavor profile. Several items on the menu were not available. Waitress was nice. Perhaps too nice to some guy who was drunk out of his mind. She kept serving him drinks, even though he was wasted. Pool was extremely clorinated. Burned sinuses and eyes.

Pros: Clerk was amazing !! Being Christmas day there were only us and 5 other guests. We were given an upgrade to a whirlpool room. Since the restaurant was closed we were given complimentary water. We asked about restaurants open within walking distance. When we came back down to go to dinner she had made up a little packet of options.

Pros: Staff was very friendly, they allowed us to use their parking lot prior to checking so that we could be pedestrian tourists. While obtaining the parking pass in the morning the staff was conducting team building/staff meeting and the enthusiasm made me smile.
Cons: A/C very noisy. But when brought to staffs attention they waived parking charges for the inconvenience.
