Cons: Sorry to say your bed was like a slab of concrete. You need to offer a choice of soft or firm beds. I would not care if I had to pay more, but a bed that was soft as my bed at home, I would sleep a lot better.

Pros: My friend and I loved the room (clean and comfortable)and the accessibility to whatever we needed, location wise.We enjoyed walking to dinner and the short drive to the Spartan race :)
We also really appreciated the good breakfast offered (a nice surprise!!! and the smiling faces behind the front desk...and from your housekeeping staff!!

Cons: toilet did not work upon arrival, but was fixed promptly. room faced interstate and some traffic noise could be heard. All stairs were on one side of the building, so made unloading and loading of luggage a bit tedious, especially with a second floor room. Stairs were a bit steep.
