Pros: the staff kindly printed out emails i had received and needed for the reason i was in town. Very friendly people and i was happily surprised to find a full size ironing board, and the fact the closets was enclosed helped preserve the freshness of my things and kept it out of view. very cold fridge. good size soap bars. for the price of the stay i was very surprised, and usually don't get this good of a deal unless i spend more on a room.

Pros: Bed was really comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Clean. Continental breakfast, no eggs or meat, but good variety of other breakfast foods, bagels, muffins, cereals, yogurt, whole fruits, etc.
Cons: We only had half a roll of toilet paper with no spare. When we tried to call the front desk to bring us more, the phone didn't work, no dial tone. Tissue holder needs to be screwed into the wall. It fell out when we tried to pull out a tissue.
Also, hard to find the hotel from N Germantown Pkwy. It's in a strange location, on the other side of Costco. Although it is right behind IKEA, you can't get to it from the IKEA parking lot. You have to get back on N Germantown Pkwy and watch carefully for the signs.

Pros: The location was quite convenient to the places we were intending to go. Nice size mini fridge in room as well as microwave.
Cons: This hotel appeared much older than it is, definitely some maintenance issues...water spots on the ceiling, rust on bathroom fixtures, plug on the provided hair dryer was frankly dangerous (I didn't even attempt to plug it in, had to go outside and dry my hair in the sun). There also was an odd odor in our room...didn't really smell like a pet accident, but it didn't smell fresh either. The A/C unit worked well, but was extremely loud when turning off and on. Breakfast was disappointing...cereal, muffins, bagels, fruit.

Pros: The location was great for my purpose. I was attending a church program and it is less than 5 min from my church. It was also a great value with continental breakfast!
Cons: It was hot in the room when we arrived with no air conditioning on in the room. We turned it on when we arrived but it took at least an hour before the room was comfortable. The front of the drawer on the dresser was completely broken off and sitting to the side. We had white towels in our bathroom that were dirty or gray in color really not clean. We requested more and the staff brought more that were better
