Ducktown Basin Museum is on SR 68, .2 mi. n. of US 64 at 212 Burra Burra St. The museum presents 150 years of history in about an hour. Visitors can take a short journey through a century-and-a-half of copper mining and everyday life in the historic Copper Basin. View displays from the arrival of the area's oldest settlers through the closing of the last mine in 1987.
