Though the property is older, it's a solid choice. A complete renovation gives it a more contemporary feel. Rooms are spacious and offer double and king beds. Suites have separate sleeping areas. Smoke free premises. 110 units. 3 stories, interior corridors.

Pros: Attention Management:I recently had an extremely unprofessional experience reserving a hotel through Booking.com. The poor experience began when the hotel where I reserved my stay failed to honor my reservation without notice and ended earlier tonight with one of your customer service representatives (Mary M.) making insulting and derogatory remarks about my experience. The inappropriate comments are on record as part of my call to your company earlier tonight and I have attached an additional copy for your review. This experience has been completely unacceptable in every way. I did everything required of me as a customer when making this reservation. I was lied to, mislead, insufficiently accommodated, insulted, and categorically mistreated as a reward. This is not the high level of customer service and professionalism presented when booking through your site and the complete opposite of the experience I agreed to pay for. Due to the excessive levels of disrespect I have been put through and the attached recording that shows this clearly goes beyond just a simple misunderstanding I no longer believe it is appropriate for Bookings.com to charge me for my recent unprofessional and discriminatory experience.Outline of Events:• On 4/24/2017 I booked a 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn Chattanooga I-75 North hotel through your site for dates: 4/28/2017-4/30/2017. The confirmation email states the reservation is 1 King Room with Sofa Bed – Non Smoking. (Booking Number: 1659861285)• On 4/28/2017 we arrive at the hotel at 10:00 p.m. to check in and I’m told the room reserved is a double suite.o I show the attendant my confirmation email and I’m told Booking.com changed the room type without notice. I can take it or leave it.o No notification by phone or email was ever sent to me about a change in the room.• I call Booking.com customer service to try and get a resolution.

Pros: Room was very comfortable, I've stayed there at least six times already back & forth to Florida. Easy on & off express way, enough restaurants close by to eat.
Cons: Wasn't as clean as it was in the past, was noisy that night in hall ways.
