Nathanael Greene Museum is at 101 W. McKee St. at S. Main St. Named for the Revolutionary War general, the museum includes historical documents and items associated with President Andrew Johnson; Mordecai Lincoln, a Greene County leader and cousin of Abraham Lincoln; and Confederate general John Hunt Morgan. Additional highlights include the Cherokee Gallery, a military exhibit, a NASA exhibit, antique furnishings and pioneer tools. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
Hours: Tues.-Sat. 11-4, June-Aug.; Tues.-Sat. 11-5, rest of year.
