Pros: Everyone was so nice. The room did not feel like a hotel room but more like a little condo. Really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Staff good in general but were powerless to overcome some obstacles.
Cons: Barking dog in room across hall, untidyness of breakfast area with employees ignoring the mess, 50% of parking lot closed off for "resurfacing" that did not occur (not a single worker seen during entire stay), therefore parking inadequate for safety of vehicles and loading and unloading with cars having to take turns to unload at or near the door, AAA and AARP discount denied, one of the two elevators out of service during entire stay, TV service poor (no bad weather). All these things were uncomfortable distractions for an otherwise attractive site. Such a shame.
