It is not a luxury place, but it was an excellent place to spend a night on the road, and better than most. Very clean and well-maintained.
Pros: outstanding staff at checkin, breakfast, and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, polite, and greeted us.
Cons: Nothing. All expectations were exceeded.

Beautiful new 24/7 Kroger Marketplace just 2 minutes away. Seems to be located in a nice and fresh part of the Knoxville area. Easy access on and off I-40.
Pros: Best Baymont I've stayed in...was a repeat guest.

Pros: Location was precisely what we were looking for.
Cons: $20 pet charge was a surprise, despite best efforts to determine if there was one in advance.
