Inspector Pick (Cuisine/Specialty): I love how the pho comes to me so piping hot that the broth cooks the vegetables! That's how it's supposed to be!
The basic storefront on this small strip plaza restaurant doesn't give a clue to the great flavors inside. The owner/chef simmers beef bones for the flavorful beef pho and chicken for the pho ga (chicken soup). Spring rolls overflow with minced meat, mushrooms and shrimp. The menu is limited to the more classic comfort food dishes. Every item is scrumptious.
