I really enjoy the mussels prepared four ways (Pernod, Provinçal, Hard Cider and Marinière), all of them French.
AAA Inspector Notes
The Belgian-French cuisine is a welcome surprise. You'll find some familiar local entrées such as pan-fried trout, braised collards and roasted chicken, but if you're feeling a bit more adventurous, the mussels prepared with Pernod beurre-blanc sauce and the beef bourguignonne are exquisite. Treat yourself to homemade ice cream or profiteroles for dessert. A lunch buffet is served daily. No lunch service on Sunday.
