David Crockett Birthplace State Park, 1245 Davy Crockett Park Rd., preserves the birthplace of Davy Crockett and interprets the life of the hunter, hero, businessman and politician. The site includes a museum with exhibits; a replica log cabin near the spot where Crockett's original cabin once stood; and 105 acres with campgrounds, hiking trails, picnic facilities, a boat launch and a swimming pool.
Recreational activities are permitted. Camping is permitted. Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 45 minutes minimum.
