Happy with the experience, but...
Pros: Check in staff were excellent, especially since Booking.com had not made the reservation properly and the hotel had to call to find the details. We were given hot cookies and cool drinks while we waited for the reservation to be sorted out. Location was great for Beale street and most of the main tourist attractions. Valet parking worked well and although I did tip, there was no pressure to do so.
Cons: Bathroom was very tired and we never managed to get the broken hairdryer replaced during the 3 day stay.

It was ok, but I...
Pros: I liked the location and the inside architecture.
Cons: For the money I paid, I expected a little more. First it cost $26 dollars to park a night then the keys did not work in the room so we had to wait till facilities put new batteries in the door. We got inand the room had a funky smell, I called down to the front office to ask for an extra blanket, and they called back stating there were no extra blankets in the hotel. I did not believe that. Any way then there was no cream for the coffee. Also no small fridge or microwave. Just was not worth $250 a night.

Pros: Location and easy access to a restaurant for breakfast. Awesome cookies!
Cons: Our room was very neglected. Water ran in a big puddle overnight from the AC unit. We had to call and ask for a new TV. The shower faucet was falling off. The electrical sockets were so loose the appliances couldn’t stay plugged.

Pros: Great room and view.
Cons: Disappointing room service/continental breakfast. Placed order on door overnight as directed but it was not picked up. I had to call the front desk twice the next morning before my order was placed correctly. My hungry toddler was not happy.

Cons: Not really.
