Pros:
Cons: The entire facility smelled so horrible we felt like we were drowning in a bottle of pinesol. It was so sickening it made us nauseated and gave us a headache. Even the lobby was like this. The rooms were even worse. I have never smelled anything like this. we only stayed inside when we absolutely had to. Fortunately we had to go out as soon as we checked in and were also out for the better part of the evening. When we returned the odor was as sickening as when we left. We slept there, got up early and ate breakfast and checked out immediately after. We had reservations that could not be cancelled plus such a full agenda we did not have time to look for another place to stay. I think you should give us a refund because our experience was so bad with this place. At times I thought I was going to have to vomit. My only saving grace was that I slept with a cpap machine which filtered some of the aroma out. My son, Brent Lang stayed in the room next to us and suffered the same experience. this was far worse than any nursing home I have ever visited. I highly recommend that you send an upper level management member to this facility to actually experience what I am talking about. I am 66 and when we checked in I asked if they offered a senior citizen discount. The female working said yes they did but she could not give it to me.

Pros: The staff bent over backwards to accommodate my last minute requests...like borrowing an ironing board to help iron linens for my niece's wedding. They were very friendly. I felt like I was staying with family...only better!

Pros: Convenience to the Highway, affordable pricing.
Cons: At check in, the staff said I was on the first floor. Due to a BAD experience in a room next to the exercise room elsewhere, I asked my room NOT be next to the exercise room. Yet, that is where they put me anyway. The breakfast lady kept coughing on food.
