Pros: The location was great.
Cons: Parking was not included in room rate and it was overpriced for what was offered.

Pros: Hotel was in a good location, staff were all very friendly & helpful on restaurant suggestions
Cons: Hotel still charges some guests for wifi and the lift from car park was dirty and smelly

Pros:
Cons: The hotel was paid by debit card. There was an amount taken to cover the total cost of the stay but another amount equal to the total cost minus one dollar was left pending. Despite two emails and a phone call requesting the pending amount to be released they took no action and didn't even do us the courtesy of replying. I have now taken it up with corporate customer services and await some response. The seeming total lack of consideration for us has soured our view of Westin. Mistakes can happen but a complete lack of communication is unforgivable.
