Adventure Science Center is reached via I-40 exit 210C (2nd and 4th aves.) or off the I-65S Wedgewood exit, following signs to 800 Fort Negley Blvd. Interactive exhibits and programs explore astronomy, the physical sciences, natural history and human health. Space Chase is an interactive sky and space exhibit hall featuring Moonwalker, a simulated walk on the moon, and Cosmic Ray's, where visitors can play interactive galactic games. Other permanent displays include BodyQuest, which helps visitors better understand the functions of human body systems, and BlueMax, a full-motion flight simulator that guests can pilot. The seven-story Adventure Tower climbing structure offers more than 75 hands-on activities. Sudekum Planetarium features full-dome digital projection and stadium seating. Time: Allow 2 hours minimum.
