Upper Room Chapel and Christian Art Museum is 1.5 blks. off 21st Ave. S. at 1908 Grand Ave. The upstairs chancel, with its ceiling of heavy timbers and tapestries on the side walls, features Ernest Pellegrini's nearly life-size woodcarving of the “Last Supper” patterned after Leonardo da Vinci's “Last Supper.” The back wall features an 8-foot-by-20-foot stained glass window with more than 9,000 pieces of glass representing the story of the Pentecost.
The adjoining Upper Room Christian Art Museum offers permanent displays of religious paintings and pieces dating from 1300 to the present, as well as Ukrainian decorated eggs and Nativity scenes.
