Pros: The staff overall was very friendly, and helpful.
Cons: The water was scalding hot and unusable in the sink and shower. When I asked to have it looked at they said 'oh, are you in 209'? Why put someone in a room that there is a problem? Their solution was to let the water run, which I did, but it still was not cool enough after 10 min. What a waste of water, just fix the problem! My second room was a bowling Alley. A good 30 feet long with poor lighting. Both were clean, but just kind of cheap or dingy. Little things wrong in both of the rooms like no Ice bucket, or no garbage pail in the bathroom, the remote didn't work, horrible pillows, etc. I love the W hotels, but when they tried to move the funky look and feel of that to a lower price point, felt like Ikea with cheap furniture, jelled over imitation art and carpet tiles. I won't be back.

Pros: Spacious rooms.
Cons: Checking in; there is not a safe and convenient place to park and check in. My wife was acosted verbally by a woman panhandler while waiting in our vehicle while I checked in. No breakfast included in room rate. Complimentary coffee, but when asked for honey to use in coffee they were "all out". Inconvenient access from parking garage to hotel floors.

Cons: $30 per day parking was too expensive

Pros: It was a nice loaction off the beat, but still had plenty of restaurants and bars around us.
Cons: This was the expensive room during our 7 day road trip and was the leaat impressive by far. Our room could have been cleanier, I did not like that it was $30 to park your car there overnight. The staff was friendly. The hotel was very noise. We could here people yelling, running, and banging from our hotel room. Would not stay there again.

Pros: The location was very important to my visit. Very convenient to midtown! love that area! also your bar staff was awesome. very friendly! prior to my stay i didn't know i could bring my dog and pleased to know that i could. he would love to come on trips with me.
Cons: the only thing that could have made it better was that there was some sort of photo shoot going on in the penthouse and it made my wait at the elevators a little inconvenient but other then that i really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.
